լիազոր դեսպան’ երեք տարի ժամկետով (նստավայրը՝ Կիև)»,- ասված է հրամանագրում: Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով՝ Տիգրան Սեյրանյանն ազատվել է Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանի պաշտոնից:
