որը դեռ 2001թ.-ին նախապատրաստել է ՀՀ պետական գործչի սպ шնու թյուն`այդ նպատակով ստեղծված խմբի անդամների հետ ձեռք բերելով պщ յթու ցիկ նյութեր եւ սարքեր․․․
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին վերոնշյալ դեպքից որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել․․․Մասնավորապես, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն`վերոնշյալ քրե ական գործը հարուցվել է անձամբ
Ստեփան Ս.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա, այսինքն՝ տարիներ անց նա ինքնա խոստովանական ցուց մունքներ է տվել․․․ Բայց ամենաուշագրավը պետական գործիչն է, որին Արարատի մարզի բնակիչը պատրաստվել է սպ щնել,բայց հանց ագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել․․․
Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն` գործով հաղորդում տված անձը իրավապ ահներին հայտնել է, որ նախապատրաստել են սպանել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եւ անգամ տվել են պատվի րատուի անունը․․․
