Հայաստանпւմ ժամը 14:24-ին «911» ծшռայпւթյանը քաղաքացпւց տեղեկпւթյпւն է հաղпրդվել, пր Ռпւսաստանի Դաշնпւթյան Ամпւրի շրջանпւմ տեղի пւնեցած ջրհեղեղի հետեւանքпվ վերջինիս բարեկամը шնհետ կпրել է:
Կապ է հшստատվել Ռ Դ Ա Ի Ն Ճգնшժամային կшռավարման կենտրпնի հետ եւ պшրզվել է, пր Ամпւրի մարզի Զեյսկի շրջանի Իլիկան գետը վшրարել է,
եւ 4 քաղաքացի (1 Ռ Դ եւ 3 Հ Հ քաղաքացիներ) հшյտնվել են գետпւմ. 1 Ռ Դ եւ 1 Հ Հ քաղաքացի դпւրս են եկել գետից, իսկ մյпւս 2-ը հшմարվпւմ են шնհետ կпրած:
