Արմեն Գեւորգյանը ծնվել է Գյումրիում: Ավարտել է տեղի ռուսական դպրոցը, այնուհետև մեկ տարի սովորել է Մոսկվայի Գնեսինների անվան ռուսական երաժշտական ակադեմիայում: Վերադարձել է Երևան և ընդունվել «Հայհամերգի» էստրադային արվեստի ստուդիա:
Աշխատել է Հայաստանի Երգի պետական թատրոնում ստեղծման օրից մինչև 1994թ.:
Մոսկվայում դասավանդել է Գնեսինների անվան ռուսական երաժշտական ակադեմիայում, միաժամանակ` Ժամանակակից արվեստի ինստիտուտում:
2004թ. վերադարձել է Երևան և մինչև 2011թ. դասավանդել է Հայաստանի էստրադային-ջազային արվեստի պետական քոլեջում:
