Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռամզան Կադիրովի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրացել է է ապրիլի 5-ին: Փետրվարի 28-ին Գրոզնիում տեղի է ունեցել հանրապետական քաղացիական ֆորում, որտեղ պահանջել են, որ Կադիրովին մնա իր պաշտոնում: Հաջորդ օրը ՌԴ մամլո քարտուղարը հայտարարել է ,որ Չեչնիայի թեկնածուի որոշման համար անհրաժեշտ է սպասել ժամկետի ավարտին:
