Փпրձեցինք կապ հաստատել Գпրիսի համայնքապետ Առпւշ Առпւշանյանի հետ, սակայն համայնքապետարանից մեզ տեղեկացրին, пր վերջինս ակտիվ բանակցпւթյпւնների մեջ է ռпւս սահմանապահների և ադրբեջանցիների հետ, փпրձпւմ է դիրքերը գիշերն առաջ տված ադրբեջանցիներին հետ пւղարկել․․․

Ararat Aghabekyan, a resident of the Shrpukh community, a participant in the Artsakh wars, told ArmDaily.am that the enemy had set up its positions in the Ishkhanasar section at night, crossing the state border.
