«Ես, կառչած չեմ վարչապետի աթոռից, բայց և՝ չեմ կարող անփույթ վերաբերմունք ունենալ ժողովրդի կողմից ինձ հանձնված իշխանության, վարչապետի պաշտոնի նկատմամբ։
Այդ պաշտոնի և երկրի հետագա քաղաքական առաջնորդության ճակատագիրը պետք է որոշի ժողովուրդն՝ իր կամքի ազատ արտահայտմամբ և ես, որպես Հայաստանի վարչապետ, ինձ համարում եմ այդ կամքի ազատ արտահայտման երաշխավորը»,-այսպես է իր ելույթի ժամանակ արտահայտվում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Այո, ժողովուրդը վստահել և շարունակում է վստահել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, քանզի հենց իր սեփական կամքով է տվել իր ձայնը, սեփական կամքով է ընտրել ժողովրդավար Հայաստան կառուցելու ճանապարհը։ Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև պատրաստ է ժողովրդի որոշման արդյունքում թողնել վարչապետի պաշտոնը։ Եվ վարչապետի պաշտոնը կարող է թողնել միայն ժողովրդի որոշմամբ։
Բացի այդ, նաև պատրաստ է ժողովրդի վստահության վերահաստատման դեպքում հետագայում էլ շարունակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջնորդությունը՝ այս դժվարին ժամանակներում։
Այս բոլոր հարցադրումների պատասխանը ստանալու միայն մի տարբերակ կա՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը։ Ինչևէ, վստահաբար, կարող ենք ասել, որ առաջիկա ընտրությունները կվերահստատեն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իմ ու քո վարչապետն է, որ անցյալին վերադարձ չի կարող լինել։

“The fate of the future political leadership of that position, the country, must be decided by the people with their free will. As the Prime Minister of Armenia, I consider myself the guarantor of that free expression,” said Nikol Pashinyan during his speech.
Yes, the people trusted և continue to trust Nikol Pashinyan, because it was he who voluntarily gave his vote, he voluntarily chose the way of building a democratic Armenia. And Nikol Pashinyan is also ready to leave the post of Prime Minister as a result of the people’s decision. And he can leave the post of the Prime Minister only by the decision of the people.
Besides, in case of re-establishing the people’s trust, he is ready to continue the leadership of the Republic of Armenia in these difficult times.
There is only one way to get the answer to all these questions – to hold special parliamentary elections. What, we can say for sure that the upcoming elections will reaffirm that Nikol Pashinyan is my and your prime minister, that there can be no return to the past.
