Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապրիլի 26-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որում ասվում է․ «Ղեկավարվելով «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 9-րդ

հոդվածի 9-րդ մասով՝ Թաթուլ Ստեփանյանին ազատել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի մարզպետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թաթուլ Ստեփանյանն այս պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի որոշմամբ։
