Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կրկին անգամ հստակ ցույց տվեց, որ իր համար առաջնահերթը ժողովրդի կամքն է և եթե ժողովուրդը ուզում է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացվեն, ապա նա աջակցում է դրան: Սա խոսում է առաջին հերթին այն մասին, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պետականամետ և ժողովրդամետ քաղաքական գործիչ է, ում ջանքերի շնորհիվ հաջողվում է խուսափել ներքաղաքական ցնցումներից:

Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ Ծառուկյանի համար ամենակարևորը Հայաստանի կայունության պահպանումն ու կայուն զարգացումն է, ինչին կարելի է հասնել միայն քրտնաջան աշխատանքի շնորհիվ: Նա իր գործունեությամբ ամեն օր է դա ապացուցում: Մնում է այս ամենը բոլորը տեսնեն ու հասկանան. և երբեք չփորձեն Ծառուկյանին ներքաշել տարաբնույթ խոսակցությունների մեջ:
