Մովսես Հրանտի Հակոբյան (փետրվարի 4, 1965, Ճարտար, Մարտունու շրջան, Արցախ), ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ռազմական գործիչ, գեներալ-գնդապետ[1]։ 2018 թվականի մայիսի 24-ի ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ
ազատվել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ[2]։
Մովսես Հակոբյանը ծնվել է 1965 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ին ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար
գյուղում։ 1982 թ. ընդունվել է Ալմա-Աթայի բարձրագույն համազորային հրամանատարական ուսումնարանը՝ «Հրամանատարական, մարտավարական, թրթուրավոր և անվավոր մեքենաներ» մասնագիտությամբ։ 2002 թ. ավարտել է ՌԴ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ռազմական ակադեմիան։
