Pashinyan again made unexpected appointments
According to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikply Pashinyan, Rpman Smbatyan has been appointed Head of the Department of Education Coordination of the Office of Coordination of Works of Inspection Bodies of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
