հանրությանը մոլորության մեջ են մտցնում։ ԱԽ նիստերի արձանագրությունները կարող են կեղծվել և ներկայացվել իրենց համար ցանկալի տարբերակով։ Ճշմարտությունն օբյեկտիվորեն կարող է բացահայտվել միայն գործող վարչապետի հրաժարականի և իշխանափոխության դեպքում։ Միայն այդ ժամանակ հնարավոր կլինի պարզել ողջ իրականությունը»։
