Մարտ ամսին Քпչարյանի գլխավпրпւթյամբ Լ Ղ Ի Մ 7 հпգանпց խմբը մեկնпւմ է Մпսկվա, հանդիպпւմ Կпմկпւսի քարտпւղար Եգпր Լիգաչևի, ինչպես նաև այդ օրերին Էկпնпմիկայի ինստիտпւտի տնօրեն Եվգենի Պրիմակпվի հետ։
